沙特阿拉伯标准、计量和质量组织（SASO）近日在SABER平台发布公告，自2019年6月1日起，SABER电子操作平台进入第3执行阶段，以下5项技术法规内包含的产品将必须在SABER电子操作平台上进行注册并获取Product CoC和Shipment CoC，届时，以下产品如未在SABER平台进行注册，将无法清关：

1) 建筑设施用电梯的技术法规/(MA-161-17-07-05) Technical Regulations For elevators used in buildings and installations

2) 建筑材料，第一部分：建筑金属及合金材料/(MA-156-16-03-01) Technical Regulation for Building Materials- part I: Metals and their Alloys for constructions and buildings

3) 建筑材料，第二部分：建筑保温材料及覆盖材料/(MA-156-16-03-02) Technical Regulation for Building Materials - Part II: Insulating and Cladding Materials for Buildings

4) 建筑材料，第三部分：水硬性胶凝材料及相关产品/(MA-161-17-07-02) Technical Regulations Building Materials - III Hydraulic links and related products

5) 建筑材料，第四部分：砖、瓷砖、陶瓷、卫生器具及相关产品/(MA-161-17-07-03) Technical Regulations Building Materials - IV Bricks, tiles, ceramics, sanitary ware and related products

针对以上通知，自2019年5月15日起，我中心将停止为上述产品签发符合性证书CoC，已经签发的CoC证书仅被允许在2019年5月15日之前使用。

认证流程：

1. 第一阶段：沙特阿拉伯本地进口商在SABER平台对产品进行注册，并提交Product CoC申请，选择认证机构（如CQC）；

2. 第二阶段：在取得Product CoC之后，针对每批次货物，沙特阿拉伯本地进口商需在SABER系统中上传信息，经认证机构审核通过后获取Shipment CoC。

2. Technical Regulation for Building Materials - part I: Metals and their Alloys for constructions and buildings.
3. Technical Regulation for Building Materials - Part II: Insulating and Cladding Materials for Buildings.
4. Technical Regulation for Building Materials - Part III: Hydraulic Links and Related Products.
5. Technical Regulation for Building Materials - Part IV: Bricks, Tiles, Ceramics, and Sanitary Ware.

The conformity assessment bodies shall cease to issue the COC as of 01-06-2019.

Any shipment orders that are not issued by Saber will be discontinued as of 15-06-2019 except for those that have a COC issued before 01-06-2019.
